La Mia Bambina Spring Summer 2023
The Elisabetta Franchi La Mia Bambina's Spring Summer 2023 fashion show capsule
collection unleashes the desire to travel, with the same nomadic and joyful instinct
that pervades the entire collection. A new fresh feel creates tribal-inspired looks that
take us back, even if only in the mind, to the great cities of South America, exploding
in a mix of impeccable details.
Two prints dominate the Elisabetta Franchi girls' collection: the ethnic rhombus and
the iconic EF pattern energize outfits for use on all alternating occasions, such as
day and night. The unprecedented patterns – in the butter black and butter fleshcolour
variants - come together in the collection's key garments: from shirts to poplin
tops and dresses that express the collection’s tribal soul through two-tone details.
The increasingly sophisticated style takes centre stage on the runway, turning the spotlight on the waistline emphasised by crop cuts in the coordinated sets and the voluminous shapes of tulle on the more romantic proposals. Gold pendants and precious chains give the ethnic style the grit that has always characterised the brand's DNA, offering details with a refined and international aesthetic feel.
The colours become decisive and intense: classic black creates a striking visual contrast with the bright and brilliant nuances of fuchsia and bubble, while the delicate shades of sugar paper and iconic butter enhance the lines and volumes.
The accessories pick up on the shaded prints and interact playfully with the grit of faux leather combined with the main looks of the collection: headbands, shoppers and mobile phone cases complete the proposal for a girl who is curious and capable of getting to where she wants to be.
Walking the runway with the women's collection, the two most iconic looks of the capsule show, the tulle mini-dress and the crop shirt and tweed shorts outfit stole the show, conveying a strong desire for travel and for rebirth.
