We do not collect any special category (sensitive) data that may concern you (i.e. personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health or sex life or sexual orientation).
We can only process your data for specific reasons and, in any case, always on a legal basis that allows us to do so. This is why we process your data:
Use of the site and management of services:
The data is processed to allow registration on the Website, access to and execution of services reserved for registered users and the possible sending of a purchase order for products available on the Website through the Website, with the consequent conclusion of the relevant sales contract with FiloBlu, including any administrative and accounting formalities. In this case, the legal basis is the contract and the legitimate interest for the possible purpose of defending and protecting our rights, including credit rights, in relation to the sales contract.
Control and anti-fraud activities:
In order to verify the correspondence between the purchaser and the holder of the selected payment instrument, we carry out anti-fraud checks. In some cases, in order to complete your purchase, it may be necessary to carry out additional checks for fraud prevention purposes. You may therefore receive communications, including via email from our dedicated account, asking you to send us the authorisation code and a copy of the credit card used for the purchase, on which we ask you to black out the eight central digits. The authorisation code is not visible on the credit card or in the confirmation email, but can be requested to your bank or card provider. If this information is not provided, the order may be cancelled. The data collected in this way will be retained for one (1) year for evidentiary purposes, to cooperate with the judicial authorities and to deal with any disputes that may arise in this regard. The legal basis is legitimate interest.
Communication of changes to our services, customer support via live chat, telephone or email, including the correction of any bugs. In this case, the legal basis is the contract.
Data is processed for the purpose of sending advertising material and newsletters, for commercial information activities, by telephone, SMS, e-mail, as well as by traditional means (e.g. sending catalogues by post), on Betty Blue's promotional and commercial initiatives, for the purpose of market research and customer satisfaction surveys. In this case, the legal basis is your consent.
Statistical analysis of preferences and purchasing habits:
For the sole purpose of offering you products that are as closely aligned with your interests as possible, we will perform some analysis on aggregated data without carrying out any invasive profiling on specific habits or your specific tastes. In this case, the legal basis is legitimate interest.
In any case there is absolutely no automatic decision-making process concerning you.
The Website and services are intended for the sale of products and services to adults. Therefore, the Joint Data Controllers do not intentionally collect personal data from persons under the age of 18. By accessing the Joint Data Controllers' services, you are declaring that you are of legal age.

The contract
The processing of your data is necessary for preliminary information prior to purchase and for the execution of the relevant contract
Legitimate interest

However, we must remind you that:
YYou provide us with your data at your own risk. We do our best, but unfortunately, at present, there is no such thing as 100% secure data transmission.
