You will receive:
An email confirming the receipt of your return request and the corresponding RMA number;
An Order Confirmation of your New Size order.



Within 1-2 working days you will receive two emails from our Customer Care: a confirmation email with the authorisation of the size exchange and one email with a pre-paid label that you can use to return the items.
Please print the authorisation email and place it inside the package with the items to be returned; please print the pre-paid label as well and affix it outside the package, making sure to cover the previous delivery label.


Arrange for a pick-up directly at home by visiting https://mydhl.express.dhl/it/en/home.html or deliver your parcel to a DHL service point https://locator.dhl.com/.


Once your return will be delivered to our warehouse, your New Size order will be prepared and shipped.
Once available you will be then sent with a Shipping Confirmation email complete of your new tracking number to monitorate your parcel.
