Born in 2008, from the acquisition of an old disused factory, the maison's headquarter: over 6,000 square metres of modern and functional beauty, immersed in the Bolognese countryside, where glass, metal and wood blend together defining the geometries and spaces.
The restyling, in full respect of eco-sustainable architecture, has given new splendour to the structure, fully expressing the passion that Elisabetta Franchi has always cultivated, alongside fashion, for architecture and design.

November 2024: Elisabetta Franchi inaugurates its new Milan headquarters, moving to a prestigious location at 63 Via Sammartini.
With an area of about 2,000 square meters, the space is distinguished by a refined industrial style, which dialogues harmoniously between contemporary architecture and metropolitan atmospheres. Spacious and bright rooms, essential lines and innovative materials accommodate showrooms, executive areas and spaces dedicated to institutional events.
The new headquarters establishes itself as a strategic hub for the brand, consolidating its presence in the international fashion capital. A project that interprets and renews the brand's aesthetic codes, confirming its ongoing commitment to excellence and innovation.
